RSA Animate - Changing Education Paradigms

WOW! I found this on a comment on Dan Meyer's blog. What are we doing to our kids? I still have 4 kids in the "system." How can I save them? The answer is, "I can't." But all's not lost. I am modeling it. I'm asking them questions. It is ultimately up to them to embrace, reject, or remold it to their own. I should finish school in spring of 2012 and be able to teach at Moody in the Fall of 2012.I want to shake things up. I want to make Moody the best school in St. Clair county, Alabama, ....... THE WORLD. OK, one step at a time. Today is supposed to be my catch-up day on my reading and finish-up day on my assignments due Monday. But my assignment is to craete a web resource page. I'm traveling all over the web-is-sphere following one amazing site to another. How can I return to Speech Disabilities when there is so much content to conquer. Walk away, clear your mind, and come back. Focus probie, there will be time.

I'm going to re-heat my coffee (for the twelveth time this morning), and come back to my text book. Don't let me on here again until I've read two chapters. I mean it.
